1. How much is a flying dress photoshoot in Mexico?

- Prices start from $399 upwards. Mexico flying dress photoshoot packages are available for singles, duos and groups.

2.  Do you provide flying dresses for all your photography packages? What colors do you have?

​

- Yes we do. We have colors such as pink,blue, yellow, orange, turqoise and others.

3. What size are your flying dresses? Do the dresses get cleaned after each use?

​

- All our flying dresses are adjustable meaning they can fit perfectly any shape and size from XS to XXL. Yes our dresses are washed immediately after each use.

 

 

4. Does Mexico flying dress photoshoots include any assistants? Who is gonna help us with our dress?

- Yes we usually have an assistant which is typically a female to help our customers get dressed and assist them during the shoot.

​

 

5. What times do you usually do your flying dress photoshoots? Is your flying dress photography available in other locations outside of Cancun as well?

- Golden hour just before sunset is the best time of day for the lighting or early in the morning before the sun becomes too bright and harsh. Our flying dress photoshoot service is available in Cancun, Tulum and even other locations too. ​

6. Where in Mexico will my flying dress photoshoot take place?

​

- We usually shoot at your resort's nearby Beach which usually contains nice backgrounds.

​

7. Where will i get dressed/undressed?

​​

- Our flying dress photoshoot locations are typically outdoors. We have portable changing rooms if there is no standard restroom available at the shooting location. We recommend wearing  onepiece bodysuits or thongs beneath your flying dress.

8. Is makeup included? 

​

- Yes, for our enhanced packages make up is included. Please call 1-310-689-4861 for more details.

9. Can i add my boyfriend or husband to my flying dress shoot?

​

- Yes you can for an additional fee. They are usually priced the standard rate as per additional person for a specific package.

​

10. How many photos will i receive? Do you charge for edits?

​

- Clients are emailed all photos captured in a session. For desired edits we charge $30 per image for retouching.

​

11. What forms of payment do you accept?

​

- We prefer zelle electronic transfers primarily. Other options are any debit or credit card via our website's payment page, google pay, apple pay, afterpay,cashapp or paypal. The remaining balance is to be paid by cash on the day of the shoot.

13. How soon after photoshoots are images delivered?

​

- All Images captured during photoshoots are emailed to customer’s email within 14 days after their appointment.

14.  How do you edit photos?

​

-  For requested edits we typically process images in photoshop with our signature business photography preset along with basic corrections like teeth whitening, skin retouching and in some cases subtle body adjustments.

15. Do you offer wedding photography packages too?

​

- Yes we definately do.

16.  What if i need to reschedule my photoshoot?

​

- If you need to reschedule, we normally suggest an earlier or later time of the day or change the date for your photoshoot.

17.  Will our flying dress photos showup on your website or business social media?

- Yes!!! As a photography business its very important for us to show consistent body of work in order to attract new clients and remain competitive in the marketplace.

18.  How far in advance can i book a flying dress photoshoot?

​

Refunds

We offer a 24-hour Risk-Free Cancellation for a full refund.
After 24 hours, all bookings are non-refundable.

​

No-Show

If you fail to show up for your scheduled photoshoot, your booking amount will be converted into a credit valid for 1 year, allowing you to reschedule a future session.
A $100 rebooking fee will apply when rescheduling.

​

Late Arrival

• If you arrive 1 hour late, a $100 late fee will be charged.

• If the makeup artist’s session extends beyond the scheduled photoshoot start time and causes a delay, an additional $100 per hour fee will apply for the impact on the shooting time.

• If you arrive more than 1 hour late, the session may need to be rescheduled.

Rebooking Fee

A $100 rebooking fee applies for any rescheduled session, except in cases of severe weather conditions that may affect the photoshoot.
Note: The late arrival fee is separate from this rebooking fee.

Credit Policy

If you need to reschedule, your booking amount will be credited toward a future photoshoot within 1 year.

Note: Severe weather conditions—such as heavy rain or natural disasters—are the only exceptions to the rebooking fee.

Miscellaneous

By booking a photoshoot with Flying Dress Mexico:

• You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation for non-V.I.P. packages.

• You are responsible for paying any entry fees required by venues in Mexico where the photoshoot may take place.

• You grant us the right to use any images or videos from the photoshoot for commercial purposes, including marketing and advertising.

• We reserve the right to edit and retouch images or videos as needed.

• You agree to release and hold harmless Flying Dress Mexico and its owners, operators, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from the photoshoot or the use of images or videos.

26. Do you provide transportation to the photoshoot location?

​

- Not usually as uber is the more cost effective option. Its also optional to hire a taxi from your resort or villa front desk.

27. What if the weather is bad?

​

- if it's raining on the day of your photoshoot we are happy to reschedule for another day without any additional cost.

​

28. For group packages does each person gets their individual photos taken?

​

- Yes

29. Can i wear bodyoils?

​

- No please dont because body oils always stain our flying dresses.

​​

30. Do you accept Afterpay?

​

- Yes we do!!! You can select aftepay as a payment method during checkout for your selected package.
